Vice President (Programs) is responsible for selecting and arranging meeting sites and program agendas, including guest speakers, and for serving as President in the President's absence.

Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the Club's financial accounts, including handling the receipt and disbursement of funds.

- reconciles bank accounts, etc.
- generally advises the Committee on matters of economy and finance
A Finance Report is provided at each Executive Committee Meeting giving details of the bank balances, payments made and received during the month and any other finance matters so that all the Committee are up to date with the finances of the Association.
