Brian Findley, Food & Beverage Director, will offer descriptions/explanations of various wines during 3 "flights" of wine tastings paired with specially prepared hors d'oeuvres to complement the wines. This will be geared for the novice to "mid-ling" wine knowledge base.
This year we will be hosting a raffle to benefit a student at the Hospitality High School in the district. A scholar-
ship is awarded to a student who has expressed interest in pursuing further studies in the hospitality industry.
